Hope Church will recognize those members and friends who have passed away in the last year. Come together, with your Hope family, as we remember our dear friends. Daylight Savings Time. Don’t forget to “fall back” as you set your clock back an hour. Don’t worry, we will have coffee on, just in case you forget!
The Praise Committee is coordinating Acolytes for the first Sunday of each month, under the direction of Dave Saunders. We will be having a gathering and brief explanation of responsibilities on Sunday, November 6th at 9:45 in the Parlor. Bring your appetites as there will be donuts and juice. (Acolytes should be 4th grade and higher)
It’s time for apple dumplings! The Hope United Methodist Women are offering them on each remaining Saturday in October for $6, in foil pans of one each. Call 216-663-8438 to order (please leave a call-back number). Pick up at Hope UMC (79 Center Rd., Bedford) on October Saturdays from 1pm-3pm. (Checks may be made out to Hope UMW).
All children (age K-5th grade) are invited to Fellowship Hall for Science, Music, Crafts, and Snacks from 10:00-12:00. Parents will need to bring children down to sign them in, but do not need to stay for event. Preregistration is helpful, please contact Becky Johnson.

Free take out (drive-thru) meals at The Lutheran Church of the Covenant at 19000 Libby Road in Maple Heights. These meals are provided by The Lutheran Church of the Covenant, Hope United Methodist Church, and Faith Fellowship.
Hope Church Members and Friends are invited to Solon UMC for a bonfire and fun on Sunday, October 23rd at 4:30. Bring your Pet(s) to be blessed. Bring a friend and a lawn chair to join the fun. You don’t have to have a pet to join this event….come along and plan on laughter, conversation, and just being together!
